为进一步规范我省国有企业改制工作,按照《劳动法》及相关规定和省委省政府有关文件精神,现就省属国有企业改制中职工安置方案审核等有关问题通知如下。一、审核范围《四川省国有企业退出规划》(川府发[2001]30号)中实施改制和转让重组的省属国有企业的职工安置方案;《关于加快国有重要骨干企业建立现代企业制度的意见》(川委发[2002]2号)中的省属国有重要骨干企业改制时的职工安置方案;其他省属国有企业改制时的职工安置方案。上述企业改制时的职工安置方案实施前须报省劳动和社会保障厅审核。
