用放射免疫法对112例脑梗塞患者于病后3~14天检测血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)含量。结果发现,脑梗塞患者TXB2和.6-K-PGF1α含量明显增高。TXB2和6-Keto-PGF1α增高是促发脑梗塞的因素之一,也是脑梗塞的结果。6—Keto—PGF1α的增高与阻塞血管再通和再灌注有关
Plasma thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-keto prostaglandin F1α (6-Keto-PGF1α) levels in 112 patients with cerebral infarction were detected by radioimmunoassay 3 to 14 days after the illness. The results found that patients with cerebral infarction TXB2 and. 6-K-PGF1α levels were significantly higher. Increased levels of TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α are one of the factors contributing to cerebral infarction and are a result of cerebral infarction.
