目的 :电镜观测苯甲酸雌二醇 ( EB)和已酸孕酮 ( HPC)对雌性小鼠下丘脑腹内侧核神经元多聚核糖体的影响。方法 :根据雌鼠的动情周期 ,对切除卵巢的幼鼠 ( OVX)每 5d分别肌肉注射 1次 8μg EB,2 mg HPC,8μg EB加 2 mg HPC。疗程 2个月。结果 :( 1 )神经元胞质中游离型多聚核糖体每 μm2的含量在 OVX组与正常组 ( INT)、OVX+ EB组 ,OVX+ HPC组和 OVX+ EB+ HPC组比较均无显著差异 ( P>0 .0 5)。 ( 2 )附着粗面内质网膜表面的结合型多聚核糖体每μm含量在OVX组分别比 INT组 ,OVX+ EB组 ,OVX+ HPC组和 OVX+ EB+ HPC组少 2 9.8%、2 6.2 %、35.2 %和 33.7%均有非常显著差异 ( P<0 .0 0 5)。结论 :本实验结果证实雌性激素特别是孕酮在小鼠生育早期使下丘脑腹内侧核神经元结合型多聚核糖体含量增多。
Objective: To observe the effect of estradiol benzoate (EB) and acid progesterone (HPC) on the polysomes of hypothalamic ventrolateral medulla neurons in female mice. Methods: According to estrous cycle of female rats, ovariectomized young rats (OVX) were intramuscularly injected with 8μg EB, 2 mg HPC, 8μg EB and 2 mg HPC every 5 days. Course of 2 months. Results: (1) There was no significant difference in the content of free polysaccharides per μm 2 in neuronal cytoplasm between OVX group and normal group (INT), OVX + EB group, OVX + HPC group and OVX + EB + HPC group (P> 0 .0 5). (2) The bound polysaccharides adhered to the surface of rough endoplasmic reticulum were 2 9.8%, 2 6.2% less than that of INT group, OVX + EB group, OVX + HPC group and OVX + EB + There were significant differences between 35.2% and 33.7% (P <0.05). Conclusion: The results of this experiment confirmed that estrogen, especially progesterone, increased the content of neuronal-associated polysome ribosomes in hypothalamic ventrolateral medulla in the early stage of reproductive development in mice.
