人脐静脉内皮细胞体外培养对于血管内皮细胞的结构和功能研究提供了一条十分有效的途径。本文研究了影响人脐静脉内皮细胞体外培养的几个因素。实验提示:存活细胞数随脐带离体时间而减少,脐带离体24h 尚有50%的存活细胞;培养液中血清的最适浓度为10~16%;胶原和纤维结合蛋白等细胞外基质成分均有利于内皮细胞粘附和生长;肝素、凝血酶单独应用对内皮细胞生长繁殖无明显促进作用
Human umbilical vein endothelial cells cultured in vitro for the structure and function of vascular endothelial cells provides a very effective way. This article studies several factors that affect the in vitro culture of human umbilical vein endothelial cells. The experimental results showed that the number of viable cells decreased with the time of umbilical cord detachment, and there were 50% surviving cells in 24h of umbilical cord in vitro. The optimal concentration of serum in culture fluid was 10-16%.
