辐射度学标准有两种形式——标准辐射源和标准接收器。对于真空紫外波段,采用的标准源是电子同步加速器和稳壁氢弧和氩弧,利用这二者研制并标定小氩弧、氘灯等作内传递标准源;采用的标准接收器有热电堆、光电二极管、离子室等已知性能的辐射接收器。因为氘灯能发出比可见光强的紫外辐射能量,使用方便可靠,所以我们建立了一套250nm—200nm的远紫外光谱辐亮度标准灯测
There are two forms of radiometric standards - standard radiation sources and standard receivers. For the vacuum ultraviolet band, the standard sources used are electron synchrotrons and stationary wall hydrogen arcs and argon arcs, which are used as standard transmission sources for the development and calibration of small argon arcs and deuterium lamps. The standard receivers used are thermopiles , Photodiodes, ion chambers and other known properties of radiation receivers. Because the deuterium lamp emits more intense ultraviolet radiation energy than visible light and is easy to use and reliable, we have established a set of 250nm-200nm far-ultraviolet spectral radiance standard lamp
