随着成品油管网的形成和发展,仅能实现网内管道调度计划的制定与管理,已经不能很好地满足集中调控的需求。开发以中转库区运行均衡为主要判定条件的成品油管网批次计划编制系统,可实现网内管道和库区调度计划的统筹制定。文中介绍了该系统的架构设计及管网调度计划编制基本流程。 With the formation and development of the finished product pipeline network, only the formulation and management of the pipeline dispatch plan within the network can no longer meet the needs of centralized regulation and control. The development of a refined oil pipeline network batch planning system that takes the operation equilibrium of the transfer zone as the main determining condition can realize the overall planning of the dispatching plan of the pipeline and the reservoir in the network. This paper introduces the architecture of the system design and network scheduling plan for the preparation of basic processes.
