高职院校的招生规模日益扩大,然而其办学质量却无法与招生规模形成正比关系。为了更好地促动高职院校的良性发展,保证大量社会职业人才的输送,高职院校需要加强职业素质教育进程,培养出更多专业技能扎实、职业道德高尚的毕业生。针对如何开展高职学生职业素质教育这一课题,本文总结出了几点实现路径,以期在教学实践中落实职业素质教育的内涵与实质,使之发挥出巨大的现实意义。 The enrollment scale of higher vocational colleges is expanding day by day, however, the quality of running school can not be directly proportional to the enrollment scale. In order to better promote the healthy development of higher vocational colleges and ensure the delivery of a large number of social professionals, higher vocational colleges need to strengthen the process of vocational quality education so as to cultivate more graduates with more professional skills and noble professional ethics. In view of the issue of how to carry out the vocational quality education for higher vocational students, this article summarizes some ways to realize, with a view to implementing the connotation and essence of vocational quality education in teaching practice so as to exert great practical significance.
