２５例淋菌性慢性前列腺炎病人，分二组分别采用肌注和口服联合用药法和局部直接药物注入法．经对比观察，以会阴部前列腺药物直接注射疗法较好，此法操作简便，安全有效，比长期服用药物易于接受．
Twenty-five cases of gonorrhea chronic prostatitis patients were divided into two groups by intramuscular injection and oral administration of drugs and local direct injection of drugs. After comparative observation, the perineal prostatic drug direct injection therapy is better, this method is simple, safe and effective, more tolerable than long-term use of drugs.
