读者吴鸣风来信:一年前南方某市企业到我们家乡招工时称其工作环境好,工资待遇高,月薪不低于1000元。但我们到了以后才知道上当受骗。原来这是一家小型化工企业,我们整日在充满刺激气味的车间里劳动,不少人鼻子流血无精打采(后经咨询是化学品中毒)。更可气的是老板至今才给了我们两个月的工资计600元,更不要说看病了。无奈之中,我们向老板提出解除合同,要求补发工资并给予一定的补偿。可老板说我们先提出解除合同是不守信用,就无权要求补发工资更无权要求经济补偿。

In desperation, we proposed to the boss to terminate the contract, requiring replacement wages and give some compensation. Can the boss said that we first proposed to terminate the contract is untrustworthy, there is no right to ask for reimbursement of wages without the right to claim financial compensation.
