目的:研究钴-60辐照灭菌对四神丸主要成分的影响。方法:对中药四神丸平行进行钴-60辐照灭菌和传统高温灭菌对比试验,通过微生物检查对两种灭菌方法的效果进行比较;采用薄层色谱法(TLC)定性研究两种灭菌方法对处方中肉豆蔻、补骨脂、吴茱萸中有效成分的影响;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)定量研究两种灭菌方法对四神丸中有效成分补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量的影响。结果:钴-60辐照灭菌和高温灭菌均达到灭菌要求。四神丸主要成分在钴-60辐照前后没差异。结论:钴-60辐照可用于四神丸的灭菌。
Objective: To study the effects of cobalt-60 irradiation sterilization on the main components of Sishen Wan.
