目的观察嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)及嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子(eotaxin)在鼻内镜术后鼻腔黏膜转归过程中表达的变化,并分析两者的相关性,探讨嗜酸性粒细胞聚集活化对鼻内镜术后鼻腔黏膜转归的影响。方法采用酶免疫荧光分析技术检测ECP,采用Western-blot技术检测eotaxin,分析ECP及eotaxin在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者行鼻内镜术后鼻腔黏膜转归过程中的表达变化。结果 ECP及eotaxin蛋白在正常鼻黏膜中少量表达,术后随时间呈现如下变化规律:①术后1~2周较术前明显降低;②术后4~6周达高峰,基本恢复至术前水平;③术后10~12周回落,接近于术后1~2周水平。④eotaxin和ECP在鼻内镜术后鼻腔黏膜转归过程中呈正相关关系,相关系数为0.719。结论 eotaxin、ECP在鼻内镜术后鼻腔黏膜的表达动态变化与鼻腔病变的转归过程相对应。
Objective To observe the expression changes of eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) and eotaxin in nasal mucosa after endoscopic sinus surgery, and to analyze the correlation between the expression of eosinophil Effect of Aggregation and Activation on the Changes of Nasal Mucosa after Endoscopic. Methods ECP was detected by enzyme immunofluorescence assay and eotaxin was detected by Western-blot. The expression changes of ECP and eotaxin in nasal mucosa of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery were analyzed. Results The expression of ECP and eotaxin protein in normal nasal mucosa was small, and the changes of ECP and eotaxin protein showed the following changes with time: 1 ~ 2 weeks postoperatively, the levels of ECP and eotaxin were significantly lower than those preoperatively; 4 ~ 6 weeks postoperatively, Level; ③ 10-12 weeks after the fall, close to the level of 1 to 2 weeks after surgery. ④ There was a positive correlation between etaxin and ECP in nasal mucosa after endoscopic sinus surgery, the correlation coefficient was 0.719. Conclusions The dynamic changes of nasal mucosa of eotaxin and ECP after endoscopic sinus surgery correspond to the course of the nasal lesions.
