测量目的健康检查的主要任务之一是衡量小儿生长、发育。按照常规,小儿身长(身高)的测量,3岁以下采用仰卧式,3岁以上采用站立式。但是我们常发现,对3岁左右小儿连续几次测量的数值往往衔接不上,有时数值重叠,有时甚至缩小了,以致作出错误的评价,甚至可能形成一些儿童“生长迟缓”的概念。为进一步了解小儿站立测量与仰卧测量的差异,以探讨不同测量方法的数值变化,为今后医疗保健工作提供可靠数据,我们于1986年9月2日至10月20日对153例3~3 6/12岁健康小儿在上午9时至11时进行
Measurement purposes One of the main tasks of health examination is to measure the growth and development of children. In accordance with conventional, pediatric height (height) measurement, under 3-year-old using supine, 3-year-old standing. However, we often find that the values of several consecutive measurements of children aged 3 and up often fail to converge, and sometimes the values overlap, and sometimes shrink, so that they make incorrect evaluations and may even lead to the concept of “childbirth retardation”.
