现阶段我国已经进入老龄化社会,与老年人相关的社会问题逐渐引起人们的关注,关于老年人的各项管理中,企业离退休人员的管理是其中非常重要的部分,如何对企业离退休人员进行妥善的管理是当前社会发展中的重要问题,这不仅关系着老年人的晚年生活,更反映了社会发展状态。为此,阐述了离退休人员管理的主要内容,依照现阶段管理中存在的问题,提出了创新离退休人员管理服务的建议。
