冷冻疗法是用超低温快冻慢融,使冷冻区内的细胞无选择地发生不可逆性破坏,利用这一特性治疗疾病,如肿瘤、炎症、息肉等。目前临床应用日趋广泛。冷冻治疗的原理冷冻具有麻醉、凝固和破坏等特性。利用其麻醉作用,建立可逆的生理抑制,可以冶疗一些顽固性疼痛或痉挛性疾病。利用凝固或破坏作用,可以部分代替常规外科手术,或便利外科手术的进行。用深低温探头所造成的冻伤灶,大致可划分为四个区:1.最接近低温探头的附近区,细胞快速地发生冷却,细胞内形成冰结晶,有别于临床冻伤。2.第二区,紧靠第一区的附
