近来我所及本刊经常收到人民来信来稿询问或介绍有关化油器节油方面的问题和经验,要求予以解答或发表。这些来信来稿反映了我国广大运输职工钻研科学技术为革命而节油的一片热情,是值得我们学习的,除分别直接答复外,觉得有汇总解答的必要。我们认为各种节油装置,如确有节油效果、对汽车的动力性和驾驶性能不产生付作用,结构简单,工作可靠,操作方便,不过多加重驾驶员的操作负担,都可以在本单位或本地区推广使用,并经实践检验,不断加以改善。汽车节油是一项很细致很艰苦的工作。影响汽车耗油量的因素很多,例如机件完好情况、使用条件、道路及气候,以及驾驶操作技术对耗油量都有关系,一定要因地制宜,研究分析影响节油的关键因素,制定确切的节油途径。企图用简单方法,不经科学试验,不结合具体情况就能达到全面节油目的是办不到的。
