激励是经济管理学中的一个重要课题。所谓激励,就是管理者遵循人的行为规律,运用多种行之有效的方法和措施,最大限度地激发人的积极性、主动性和创造性。建立完善的激励机制与掌握合适的激励手段是人力资源管理的中心任务。激励通常有两种:一种是普遍的物质激励,物质激励更多地体现在工资分配制度上。另一种是人性化的激励,最基本的就是要让员工有发言权,有参与和说话的机会,让员工感受到尊重和关怀。本文从经济管理创新中的激励机制的方法与应用进行探讨。
Incentives are an important topic in economics management. The so-called incentive is that managers follow human behavior laws and apply a variety of effective methods and measures to maximize people’s enthusiasm, initiative and creativity. Establishing a sound incentive mechanism and grasping appropriate incentives are the central tasks of human resource management. There are usually two kinds of incentives: one is the general material incentive, and the material incentive is more reflected in the wage distribution system. The other is humanistic incentives, the most basic is to allow employees to have a say, have the opportunity to participate and speak, so that employees feel respect and care. This article discusses the method and application of incentive mechanism in economic management innovation.
