通过对响水县“龙型”经济主要类型特点和取得成效调查和分析，得出几点启示：（１）“龙型”经济的发展是经实践探索的一条必由之路。（２）坚持生产扶持、利益调节、风险共担是“龙型”经济发展的强大动力；谁投资谁得益，得了益多出力是发展“龙型”经济必须坚持的基本原则；因地制宜，多类型发展，循序渐进是推进“龙型”经济发展的基本方针；创造良好的外部发展环境条件是“龙型”经济得以迅速发展的有效保证。
Through the investigation and analysis of the characteristics and achievements of the main types of “dragon-type” economy in Xiangshui County, we can draw some enlightenments: (1) The development of “dragon-type” economy is the only way to explore through practice. (2) Adhere to the support of production, the adjustment of interests and the sharing of risks are the powerful driving forces for the “dragon-type” economic development. Whoever invests in benefiting and benefits more is the basic principle that must be adhered to in developing the “dragon-type” economy; Type development and gradual progress are the basic guidelines for promoting “dragon-type” economic development. Creating a favorable environment for external development is an effective guarantee for the “dragon-type” economy to develop rapidly.
