临江富水超深基坑开挖是大型水下隧道建设的重要组成部分,保证开挖时基坑和围护结构的稳定是面临的重大难题。以南京纬三路过江通道通风井基坑为工程背景,根据其工程地质、场地条件和技术难点,制定了地基加固与井点降水相结合的基坑加固方案,并通过水下开挖和水下浇筑混凝土,成功完成了临江富水超深基坑建设。施工结果表明,临江富水超深基坑支护、水下基坑开挖和水下混凝土灌注等关键施工技术,很好地解决了基坑开挖深度大、地下水位浅、场地条件差等难点问题。该工程的有效推进,为类似工程提供可借鉴经验。
The excavation of Linjiang-Fu-Shui ultra-deep foundation pit is an important part of the construction of large-scale underwater tunnels. It is a major challenge to ensure the stability of foundation pit and envelope during excavation. Taking the foundation pit of ventilation shaft of Nanjing Three-way Crossing Corridor as engineering background, according to its engineering geology, site conditions and technical difficulties, a foundation pit reinforcement scheme combined with well point dewatering was established. Through excavation and water Under the pouring of concrete, the successful completion of Linjiang water-rich ultra-deep foundation pit construction. The construction results show that the key construction technologies of deep foundation pit support, underwater excavation and underwater concrete pouring in Linjiang water-rich ultra-deep foundation pit are very good solutions to the problems of large excavation depth, shallow water table and poor site conditions problem. The effective promotion of the project can provide experiences for similar projects.
