为了提高机场噪声评估合理性,针对单噪声事件,基于航迹模拟仿真数据,通过实距计算、插值计算和修正计算绘制机场噪声动态等值线图和敏感点噪声变化图。考虑噪声动态变化结果,分析现有静态评估指标Amax不足,采用SEL指标并对噪声敏感点进行噪声补偿处理。最后以广州白云机场GYA方向进场为例,从地面和空间噪声的分布对比分析了现行评估指标和改进评估指标的评估结果。结果表明:现行Amax指标评估忽视了噪声累积,造成噪声结果偏小,改进SEL指标与Amax指标相比较,敏感点噪声值提高超过10 d B;改进SEL指标较Amax指标在各等级噪声所影响面积、体积方面均有所增加。
In order to improve the rationality of airport noise assessment, the dynamic contour map of airport noise and the map of noise at sensitive points were plotted based on the simulation data of flight track and the real-time calculation, interpolation calculation and correction calculation. Considering the dynamic change of noise, the paper analyzes the deficiency of the existing static evaluation index Amax, adopts the SEL index and performs noise compensation on the noise-sensitive points. Finally, taking the approach of GYA in Guangzhou Baiyun Airport as an example, the assessment results of the current evaluation index and the improved evaluation index are compared and analyzed from the distribution of ground and space noise. The results show that the current Amax index evaluation ignores the noise accumulation, resulting in a small noise result. Compared with the Amax index, the improved SEL index increases the noise value at the sensitive point more than 10 d B; the SEL index is higher than that of the Amax index , The volume has increased.
