提出一种基于多散区交互牵引的高节度性水资源优化配置方法。将全域的资源配置目标分配为多散区效能模型,通过多散区之间的交互牵引,实现各个散区数据的交互。以节度性作为系统水资源优化配置的标准,不断反馈控制,提高整体配置效果。采用某局部地区水资源实际情况进行配置实验,结果表明,基于多散区交互牵引的方法,水资源配置的节度性大大提高,具有很好的指导意义。
This paper proposes a high degree of water resources optimal allocation method based on interactive traction of multiple scattered areas. Allocation of resources to the global target for the distribution of multiple-area efficiency model, through the interaction between multiple scattered areas to achieve the interaction of the scattered data. As the standard of optimal allocation of system water resources, the system continuously feeds back control and improves the overall configuration effect. Based on the actual situation of some local water resources, the experiment results show that the method based on multi-area interactive traction greatly enhances the water resources deployment, which is of great guiding significance.
