目的:对比不同的前处理方法在明胶空心胶囊中铬元素分析中的优劣,寻找能够提高检测效率的途径。方法:采用4种不同的前处理方式即微波消解,部分消解,干法灰化和湿法消解,使用石墨炉原子吸收或火焰原子吸收对7批次明胶空心胶囊中的铬元素定量分析。结果:通过不同前处理方法的结果比对,采用部分消解的方式可以将传统检测明胶空心胶囊的时间由4~5 h减少到0.5 h左右。结论:部分消解的前处理方式可提升空心胶囊重金属检测速度。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the advantages and disadvantages of different pretreatment methods in the analysis of chromium in gelatin hollow capsules and find ways to improve the detection efficiency. Methods: Four kinds of pretreatment methods, namely microwave digestion, partial digestion, dry ashing and wet digestion, were used to quantitatively analyze chromium in seven batches of gelatin hollow capsules by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry or flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: Compared with the results of different pretreatment methods, the partial digestion method can reduce the traditional detection of gelatin hollow capsules from 4 to 5 h to about 0.5 h. Conclusion: Partial digestion pretreatment can improve the detection rate of heavy metal in hollow capsules.
