固化进程中,多组分环氧沥青混合料体系的粘度是时间(t)和温度(T)的二元函数。通过实验室恒温条件下粘度试验,首先建立了恒温体系下的多组分环氧沥青的粘度变化模型;其次,通过对南京市玄武大道快速化改造工程中水泥混凝土桥桥面铺装施工过程中有关数据的分析,探讨了施工过程中温度变化对多组分环氧沥青混合料体系粘度增长的影响,并进一步建立了粘度增长修正模型。文章的研究成果可为合理配备压实机械与改进多组分环氧沥青施工工艺提供理论指导。
During the curing process, the viscosity of a multi-component epoxy asphalt mixture system is a binary function of time (t) and temperature (T). Through the viscosity test under constant temperature in laboratory, the model of viscosity change of multi-component epoxy asphalt under constant temperature was established. Secondly, the viscosity change of epoxy resin was studied through the construction of cement concrete bridge deck pavement in Nanjing Xuanwu Avenue rapid reconstruction project Based on the analysis of the data, the influence of temperature change on the viscosity growth of the multi-component epoxy asphalt mixture system during construction was discussed, and the viscosity growth correction model was further established. The research results of the article can provide theoretical guidance for the reasonable equipping of compaction machinery and improvement of multi-component epoxy asphalt construction technology.
