本文以贵州师范学院英语专业学生实习为例,采用抽样问卷方法,研究学生实习过程遇到的问题,并对目前的职前教育课程提出期望与建议。研究表明:(1)实习学生对实习效果持肯定态度;(2)实习学生对职前教育课程的实际操作技术经验及专业知识有更具体的期望;(3)实习普遍存在的问题可以通过职前教育课程比例安排帮助解决。本文旨在通过调查结果分析,结合收集的数据资料,针对各方面因素存在的不足之处提出相应的改进措施,以期为进一步促进英语教师职前教育的发展提出建议。
Taking the internship of English majors in Guizhou Teachers College as an example, this paper uses the sample questionnaire method to study the problems encountered in the internship process, and puts forward the expectation and suggestion to the current pre-service education curriculum. The research shows that: (1) internship students have a positive attitude towards internship effect; (2) internship students have more specific expectations of practical skills and expertise in pre-service education; (3) Proportion of pre-education courses to help solve. This article aims to put forward corresponding improvement measures according to the analysis of the survey results and the collected data and data, in view of the shortcomings of various factors, with a view to making recommendations for further promoting the development of pre-service education for English teachers.
