无磁不锈钢是用于电真空器件的抗磁结构零件的一种金属材料。日本通用的化学成份是Cr16%,Ni14%,Fe余。简称Cr16Ni14钢。 本文首先介绍了日本该钢的生产工艺,并着重阐述了某些特殊专用技术措施及其特点。其次评述了目前日本的生产水平。 文章还介绍了该钢的特点和用途。 文章认为,日本无磁不锈钢生产工艺是极其稳定的,生产设备是较先进的,产品质量达到了很高的水平。另外,具备了严格的生产管理和质量检验制度,使产品的精度和外观质量得到了可靠的保证。值得我国研制电子材料时借鉴。
Non-magnetic stainless steel is a metal material used in the anti-magnetic structural parts of electric vacuum devices. Japan’s common chemical composition is Cr16%, Ni14%, Fe surplus. Referred to Cr16Ni14 steel. This paper first introduces the Japanese steel production process, and highlights some of the special technical measures and their special features. Second, I commented on the current level of production in Japan. The article also describes the characteristics and uses of the steel. The article believes that Japan’s non-magnetic stainless steel production process is extremely stable, the production equipment is more advanced, product quality has reached a high level. In addition, with a strict system of production management and quality inspection, product quality and appearance of the quality has been a reliable guarantee. It is worth our reference when developing electronic materials.
