一、新闻策划与策划性新闻 “策划”本是广告学常用的术语,指从出点子到实施点子的过程。这一概念已悄然进入新闻界。“新闻策划”和“策划性新闻”已成为越来越引人注目的现象。新闻策划不仅挂在编辑、记者的嘴上,还落实在他们的实际工作当中。有人甚至将新闻策划称作中国新闻改革的“新的生长点”。伴随着新闻策划的发展,策划性新闻也从不自觉状态而日趋自觉化,其巨大的社会效应和经济效应使之成为新闻传媒和新闻工作者孜孜不倦的追求。 不过新闻策划和策划性新闻尽管有着不可分割的联系,但二者却是两个完全不同的概念。新闻策划作为一种设计、一种决策和组织手段,贯穿于整个新闻活动的过程之中,大到整个报、台的风格定位、宗旨确立、栏目设置,小到单个专题的报道思想、采访思路、人员安排、采访手段的使用、版面或节目的设置等等,都属新闻策划的范筹。策划性新闻是指由新闻媒介规划设计、促成事件发生发展并予以报道的一种新闻类型。
