■什么是企业愿景呢?企业愿景就是企业的一种理想,就是企业战略要达到的某些目标,就是普通员工能得到些什么!■愿景管理的目的是激励员工发挥最大潜能去做事,不是拖沓做事,更不是不做事。所以请不要把愿景制定成年度计划。■愿景目标实施中,要和员工分享你的经验,避免他们走弯路,就要告诉他们把自己的前途和企业的前途结合起来。■在愿景管理中要治疗员工的心理疲劳,其根本就是要给员工一种信念,来支持他们不至于心死,这种信念就要靠企业愿景。■在愿景管理实施中,要做教练,不要做老板,教练是来帮助队员,而不是管理队员。中建三局的经验告诉我们:建立一个伟大的愿景目标,最后成功的将是整个团队。
