水库调度工作兼顾水电站及下游居民生活的安全和效益,因此水电站水库调度培训工作非常重要,但目前基层水电站水库调度培训工作还比较滞后。文章在认真分析存在问题的基础上,提出了改进措施:结合实际,重点安排培训的主要内容;强调效益,突出培训内容的系统完整性;以人为本,确保员工综合素质的提高;以培训效果为导向,有针对性生地改进培训方式,以真正达到培训的目的。
The reservoir dispatching work takes into consideration both the safety and benefits of hydropower stations and the lives of downstream residents. Therefore, the training of hydropower station reservoirs is very important. However, the current reservoir hydropower station dispatching training is still lagging behind.
