因矿用重载辅助运输车辆购置成本高,维修费用大,为了提高其大修周期和减少故障率,在分析其组成系统及各系统结构的基础上,提出影响辅助运输车辆使用寿命的因素。通过分析可知机械加工和装配质量是整机使用寿命的基础,各系统正确的维护是一个重要环节,而规范的使用方法也是不容忽视的。在制造和使用中应注意以上几个方面,以保证车辆的正常运行,降低维修费用,延长使用寿命。
Due to the high purchase cost and high maintenance cost of mining heavy-haul auxiliary transport vehicles, in order to improve the overhaul cycle and reduce the failure rate, the factors affecting the service life of auxiliary haulage vehicles are put forward on the basis of analyzing the composition system and each system structure. Through the analysis shows that machining and assembly quality is the basis of the whole life of the system, the correct maintenance of each system is an important part of the norms of the use of methods can not be ignored. In the manufacture and use of the above aspects should be noted in order to ensure the normal operation of vehicles, reduce maintenance costs, extend the service life.
