近年来,我们在小学数学课堂教学评价上作了重大改革,实现了小学数学课堂教学评价指导思想的根本转变:从以“评教”为主转到以“评学”为主。衡量一堂数学课成功与否的标准,不在于教师讲得是否精彩,而在于学生学得是否主动。新课标强调对学生的评价应该尊重学生、激励学生、保护学生。教师如何在教学过程中充分体现出“以人为本”“以促进学生的发展为本”“以鼓励为主”的教学评价新理念呢?本人结合自己的教学工作,谈谈对学生学习过程中进行教学评价的一些体会。
