作者观察了①口服胳胺(tyramine)对癫癎病人脑电图的作用,偏头痛病人在摄入②巧克力和③β-苯乙胺(β-Phenylethlyamine)后的脑电图变化。研究设计用的是安慰剂双盲对照。 (1)共15例癫癎病人(8例原发性癫癎,6例颞叶癫癎和1例乍克森氏癫癎),在服盐酸胳胺125mg或安慰剂4~5小时后各记录脑电图一次,所得二份脑电图间有差异的共14例。在此14例中有11例服胳胺后的脑电图比对照更为异常(p<0.01),也就是说胳胺对这11例原先存在的脑电图异常有增强作用。这些作用在过度换气中和过度换气后更显著,以至局灶性尖波和非典型棘慢波综合发作以及阵发性慢活动变得更显著,特别在颞区。背景活动很少
The authors looked at the effects of oral tyramine on the electroencephalogram of epileptic patients, and the changes in the electroencephalogram of migraine patients after ingestion of 2 chocolate and 3-phenylethlyamine. The study design used a placebo double-blind control. (1) A total of 15 patients with epilepsy (8 cases of primary epilepsy, 6 cases of temporal lobe epilepsy and 1 case of epilepsy) were treated with 125 mg of hydrochloric acid or 125 mg of placebo for 4 to 5 hours A record of EEG, resulting in two differences between the EEG a total of 14 cases. EEG in 11 of these 14 cases was more abnormal than control (p <0.01) after administration of arginine, that is, arginine potentiation of these 11 cases of pre-existing EEG abnormalities.
