Performance management is an important part of the enterprise’s human resources management, which plays a significant role in increasing the economic benefits of enterprises. Based on the era of knowledge-based economy, the airport investment in performance appraisal management to increase, can have a positive impact on human resources and economic returns. This paper mainly explores the airport employee performance management assessment system, designed to provide some reference and help.
