在完成培训任务的过程中,培训效果如何一直是员工培训工作中尚未很好解决的一个问题。设计一套有效的评估方式方法,对于企业了解投资的效果、界定培训对组织的贡献、证明员工培训所做出的成绩非常重要。本文试图从讲师、过程、学习及效果四个方面对培训工作进行评估,明确评估流程,优选评估工具,力求得到满意的培训效果。
In the process of completing training tasks, how training effect has been a problem not yet well solved in the training of employees. Designing a set of effective assessment methods will be very important for enterprises to understand the effect of investment, define the contribution of training to the organization, and prove the achievements of staff training. This article tries to evaluate the training work from four aspects: lecturer, process, learning and effectiveness, clearly appraise the process, optimize the evaluation tools, and strive to obtain the satisfactory training effects.
