新课程改革对教师的教学行为提出了许多新要求,它要求教师必须尽快地从传统的角色中走出来,成为新课程的研究者、实践者和创造者。然而,“新的教育思想,即使在科学的范围内得到赞同,在实践中也不能立即变为现实。需要相当长的时间,需要教师和学校管理者付出巨大的劳动,需要他们进行创造性的思考,需要拟定运用这些新的教育思想于学校教育、教学工作体系的具体操作法”。学校教研制度的建立可以把新课程改革的理念持续不断地变为教师的自觉行动。
