目的 研究核转录因子 (NF kB)在心肌缺血预处理中的作用。方法 将 1 8只新西兰白兔随机分为非预处理组、预处理组和预处理加脯氨酸二硫氨基甲酸脂 (ProDTC ,特异性NF kB抑制剂 )组。阻断和开放左冠脉前降支各 5min ,反复 5次 ,造成预处理 ,第 3组在预处理前、中使用ProDTC ( 1 5mg/kg体重 )。电压力探头测定局部心功能 ,氯化三苯四唑啉 (TTC)法计算梗死面积 ,并作组织学检查。结果 预处理对心功能的保护被ProDTC抵消 (P <0 .0 5) ,对梗死面积的减小也被其抵消 ,分别为 ( 8.2± 1 .2 ) %和 ( 38.9± 7.9) % ,差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。ProDTC也消除了预处理组织学保护。结论 核转录因子能调节心肌缺血预处理
Objective To study the role of nuclear factor kappa B (NF kB) in myocardial ischemic preconditioning. Methods One-eighth New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into non-preconditioning group and preconditioning plus proline dithiocarbamate group (ProDTC, specific NF kB inhibitor). Blockade and open left anterior descending coronary artery 5min, repeated 5 times, resulting in pretreatment, the third group before pretreatment, the use of ProDTC (15mg / kg body weight). The electrical stress probe was used to measure the local cardiac function. The area of infarction was calculated by TTC method and histological examination was performed. Results The preconditioning protection of cardiac function was offset by ProDTC (P <0.05), and the reduction of infarct size was also offset by (8.2 ± 1.2)% and (38.9 ± 7.9)%, respectively There was a significant difference (P <0.01). ProDTC also eliminates pre-treatment histological protection. Conclusion Nuclear factor can regulate myocardial ischemic preconditioning
