本文介绍的“朱佩方案”中有关法国近几年来的医疗费对策部分 ,由以下四个方面组成。1医疗保险制度的一体化和医疗费的抑制 ;2限制医疗费总额及其地区化 ;3成立地区医院厅 (ARH) ;4加速信息化。这些医疗费抑制政策虽然得到了经济界的大力支持 ,但是要真正付诸实施 ,必须要得到国民的认可。 This article describes the “Jupe Project” in France in recent years, part of the treatment of medical expenses, consists of the following four aspects. 1 The integration of medical insurance system and the suppression of medical expenses; 2 Limiting the total amount of medical expenses and its regionalization; 3 Establishing the Regional Hospital Hall (ARH); 4 Accelerating informationization. Although these medical expenses suppression policies have received strong support from the economic community, they must be recognized by the people if they are to be put into effect.
