视神经损伤是临床常见的眼外伤。视神经作为中枢神经系统的一部分,其损伤后轴突再生困难,是临床疾病治疗的难点。NgR是在中枢神经系统损伤后具有再生抑制作用的因子,其在髓磷脂抑制轴突再生信号转导过程中有特殊的靶分子效应。NgR的发现为视神经损伤后轴突再生治疗提供了有益的启示。本文就NgR的结构、功能信号及治疗视神经损伤的最新研究进展予以综述。
Optic nerve injury is a common clinical eye injury. As a part of the central nervous system, the optic nerve is difficult to regenerate axons after injury, which is a difficult point in the treatment of clinical diseases. NgR is a factor that plays a role in regenerative inhibition after central nervous system injury and has a specific target molecule effect in the inhibition of axon regeneration signal transduction by myelin. The findings of NgR provide beneficial enlightenment for axonal regeneration after optic nerve injury. This review summarizes recent advances in the study of NgR structure, functional signaling and the treatment of optic nerve injury.
