妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是妊娠期间发生或发现的严重程度不同的糖代谢异常,临床并发症多,发病率逐年上升。GDM的发生与胰岛素抵抗有关,GDM孕妇存在比正常孕妇更强烈的胰岛素抵抗,并且胰岛β细胞功能存在缺陷。脂肪细胞分泌的多种细胞因子如瘦素、肿瘤坏死因子α、脂联素及抵抗素等可以通过自分泌或旁分泌的途径参与机体的脂肪、能量代谢,被认为与胰岛素抵抗和GDM的发病关系密切。本文就脂肪细胞因子与GDM之间的关系进行综述。
Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a disorder of glucose metabolism that occurs or is found to be different in severity during pregnancy, with many clinical complications and an increasing incidence. The occurrence of GDM is related to insulin resistance. GDM pregnant women have more insulin resistance than normal pregnant women, and pancreatic islet β-cell function is deficient. A variety of cytokines secreted by adipocytes, such as leptin, tumor necrosis factor α, adiponectin and resistin, can participate in the body’s fat and energy metabolism through autocrine or paracrine pathways and are believed to be associated with insulin resistance and the pathogenesis of GDM Close relationship. This article reviews the relationship between adipocytokines and GDM.
