东南沿海地区儿童少年品德发展的基本特点是积极向上的，道德认识和道德能力“早熟”，对于经济发展和物质利益的认识趋于多样性和不平衡性．针对以上现状，教育应认真研究和改进学生品德评价标准，学校应积极参与社区精神文明建设和加强家庭教育指导．
The basic characteristics of the moral development of children and adolescents in the southeastern coastal areas are that their positive and progressive moral understanding and moral competence are “premature,” their understanding of economic development and material benefits tends to be diverse and unbalanced. In view of the above status quo, education should seriously study and improve the evaluation standards of student morality, schools should actively participate in the construction of spiritual civilization in communities and strengthen family education guidance.
