Created by the famous poet Yeats, When You Are Old is a very popular poem around the world, in which he expressed his sincere love towards his lover. As a famous work, the poem has appealed to many translators. With the analyzing method of formal equivalence by Nida's equivalence theory, this paper will discuss about the three Chinese translations by Fu Hao, Yuan Kejia and Fei Bai in detail.
