目的探讨二次多项曲线拟合在锌测定中的应用。方法用火焰原子吸收分光光度法多次对多种浓度的锌进行测定后,分别用直线回归和二次多项曲线拟合分析得出结果。结果0.10、0.20、0.40、0.60和1.00μg/m L浓度点用直线回归分析所得结果的相对误差均比用二次多项曲线拟合分析的大,两者差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);只有0.80μg/m L浓度点用直线回归分析所得结果的相对误差比用二次多项曲线拟合分析的小,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在锌测定中,用二次多项曲线拟合分析法优于直线回归分析法。
Objective To investigate the application of quadratic multiple curve fitting in zinc determination. Methods After several concentrations of zinc were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry, the results were obtained by linear regression and quadratic curve fitting. Results The relative error of the results obtained by linear regression analysis at 0.10, 0.20, 0.40, 0.60 and 1.00 μg / mL was higher than that by quadratic polynomial curve fitting, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01). The relative error of the linear regression analysis with only 0.80μg / mL concentration point was smaller than that with the quadratic polynomial curve fitting analysis, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion In the determination of zinc, quadratic multiple curve fitting analysis is better than linear regression analysis.
