教育很重要的任务之一是把学生培养成一个健康的人。世界卫生组织公布健康的定义:健康除了躯体无疾病以外包括心理健康、社会适应良好和道德健康。后三者实际上就是健康人格的内涵。思想政治理论课是塑造学生健康人格的重要渠道和核心课程,具有其他学科不可替代的功能。但是我国的传统思想政治教育侧重于对学生的规范教育,忽视把相应的规范内化为学生的人格素质,成为德育实效性差的一个原因。高职生存在健康人格教育缺失的现象,认真探讨高职思想政治理论课中如何用恰当的教学方法进行健康人格教育尤为重要。
One of the important tasks of education is to train students into a healthy person. WHO announces the definition of health: health includes mental health, social well-being and moral health, except for the absence of disease in the body. The latter three are actually the meaning of healthy personality. The course of ideological and political theory is an important channel and core course that shapes students’ healthy personality, which has the irreplaceable function of other disciplines. However, the traditional ideological and political education in our country focuses on the normative education of students, ignoring the internalization of the corresponding norms into the personality qualities of students, which becomes one of the reasons for the poor effectiveness of moral education. The phenomenon of lack of education of healthy personality in higher vocational education and the study of how to carry out proper education of healthy personality in the course of ideological and political education in higher vocational education are particularly important.
