目的 :研究喉癌变过程中细胞周期蛋白 (cyclin)D1和p2 1WAF1/CIP1表达及其临床病理学意义。方法 :用免疫组化检测 2 0例正常黏膜、 40例不典型增生病变和 6 0例喉癌组织中cyclinD1和p2 1WAF1/CIP1的表达。结果 :①cyclinD1和p2 1WAF1/CIP1阳性表达定位于细胞核。②在喉癌癌变过程中 ,喉正常黏膜、不典型增生病变和喉癌中cyclinD1阳性表达率分别为 :5 0 % (1/ 2 0 ) ,30 ,0 % (12 / 40 ) ,5 3 3% (32 / 6 0 ) (P <0 0 0 1) ;p2 1WAF1/CIP1阳性表达率分别为 :95 0 % (19/ 2 0 ) ,75 0 % (30 / 40 )和 6 3 3% (38/ 6 0 ) (P <0 0 5 )。③p2 1WAF1/CIP1在高、中和低分化的喉癌中阳性表达率分别为 :76 2 % (16 / 2 1) ,6 5 5 % (19/ 2 9)和 30 0 % (3/ 10 ) (P <0 0 5 ) ;p2 1WAF1/CIP1阳性表达与肿瘤细胞的分化有关。④cyclinD1和p2 1WAF1/CIP1阳性表达显著相关。结论 :①喉癌癌变过程中cyclinD1阳性表达率呈逐渐升高的趋势 ,而p2 1WAF1/CIP1阳性表达率呈呈逐渐降低的趋势。②cyclinD1异常表达是喉癌发生中早期分子事件。③p2 1WAF1/CIP1表达与喉癌细胞分化程度有关。④cyclinD1和p2 1WAF1/CIP1阳性表达显著相关
Objective: To investigate the expression of cyclin D1 and p2 1WAF1 / CIP1 in laryngeal carcinogenesis and its clinicopathological significance. Methods: The expressions of cyclinD1 and p2 1WAF1 / CIP1 in 20 normal mucosa, 40 atypical hyperplasia lesions and 60 laryngeal carcinoma tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: ① The positive expression of cyclinD1 and p2 1WAF1 / CIP1 localized in the nucleus. ② The positive rates of cyclinD1 expression in normal laryngeal mucosa, atypical hyperplasia lesions and laryngeal carcinoma were 50% (1/20), 30%, 0% (12/40), 533 The positive expression rate of p2 1WAF1 / CIP1 was 95 0% (19/20), 75 0% (30/40) and 63 3% (32/60) respectively (P 0 01 0) 38/60) (P <0 0 5). ③ The positive rates of p21WAF1 / CIP1 in high, moderate and poorly differentiated laryngeal carcinoma were 76.2% (16/21), 65.5% (19/29) and 30% (3/10) (P <0.05). The positive expression of p21WAF1 / CIP1 was related to the differentiation of tumor cells. ④ cyclinD1 and p2 1WAF1 / CIP1 positive expression was significantly correlated. Conclusions: ① The positive rate of cyclinD1 in carcinogenesis of laryngeal carcinoma is gradually increasing, while the positive rate of p21WAF1 / CIP1 is decreasing gradually. ② cyclinD1 abnormal expression is early molecular events in the occurrence of laryngeal cancer. ③p2 1WAF1 / CIP1 expression and laryngeal cancer cell differentiation. ④ cyclinD1 and p2 1WAF1 / CIP1 positive expression was significantly correlated
