The K_3AlF_6-KAlF_4 eutectic flux was prepared by the reaction of Al (OH) _3 and KOH solution and then HF acidification, which contained no free KF. Flux particles range 0.1 ~ 5μ without grinding. In studying this brazing fluxing mechanism of this type, it has been shown that regardless of the method of synthesis, Si impurities are highly susceptible to the carry-over of Si-containing walls in the process. This is often overlooked for people into the impurity Si, plays a role in the brazing of surfactants. In addition, the completely non-Si-containing potassium fluoroaluminate flux is extremely low activity. Isothermal thermogravimetric data indicate that AlF 3 can make SiF 4 stable, which may be due to the formation of mKF · nAlF 3 · pSiF 4 compounds in the flux.
