通过对立式预磨机内单个研磨介质的运动和受力分析,推导出了单个磨介速度表达式与磨机转速、拨料盘结构等参数相关。以提高磨介冲击速度为出发点,在设定参数的情况下,得到拨料盘叶片的最佳安装角度为38.9°。借助EDEM软件,通过仿真试验对立磨机内磨介的运动过程进行了数值模拟。对比分析得知,磨介冲击速度随着叶片安装角度的增加而增大,临界角为38.9°,与推导相符。为提高立磨机破碎能、优化工作参数提供了参考。
Through the analysis of the movement and the force of a single grinding media in the vertical pre-mill, the expression of the speed of a single grinding media is derived from the parameters such as the speed of the mill and the structure of the dial. In order to improve the impact speed of the grinding medium as a starting point, the best installation angle of the blade of the dial is 38.9 ° under the condition of setting the parameters. With EDEM software, simulation experiments were carried out to simulate the movement of grinding media in vertical mill. The comparative analysis shows that the impact velocity of grinding medium increases with the installation angle of blade, the critical angle is 38.9 °, which is consistent with the derivation. To improve the vertical mill crushing energy, optimize the working parameters provide a reference.
