目的:加强临床药学服务,确保患者临床用药安全。方法:以湖州市中心医院2013年2~3月收治的120例患者作为研究对象,按照时间先后分成对照组和观察组。对照组患者采取常规用药治疗,观察组实施临床药学服务方法,加强临床药学服务。具体方法包括对处方进行准确的分析、加强药品的监护、进行用药咨询以及药学宣教。对两组患者用药不良事件情况以及患者满意度进行调查分析。结果:对照组患者出现不良用药事件25例。观察组出现不良用药事件6例。对照组患者不良用药情况发生情况明显高于对照组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且对照组患者的满意度明显低于观察组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床药学服务过程中提高药学服务质量,切实地做好患者的临床用药,可以有效地减少不良用药事故的发生率,提高患者的满意度。
Objective: To strengthen clinical pharmacy services to ensure the safety of clinical medication in patients. Methods: 120 patients admitted from February to March 2013 in Huzhou Central Hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the time. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs, clinical pharmacy services in the observation group, and clinical pharmacy services. Specific methods include accurate analysis of the prescription, strengthen the custody of drugs, medication counseling and pharmacy mission. On the two groups of patients with adverse drug events and patient satisfaction survey. Results: The control group of patients with adverse drug events in 25 cases. Observation group appeared adverse drug events in 6 cases. The incidence of adverse drug use in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). And the satisfaction of patients in the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Improving the quality of pharmacy service in the course of clinical pharmacy service and doing a good job in clinical medication can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse drug accidents and improve patient satisfaction.
