从教廿年,平静无波;如鱼饮水,冷暖自知。(一)“小叉子我也看得见”刚工作的时候,听师傅的训诫:年轻教师想要保障分数,就要课后下功夫,作业要勤批细改。我奉此为圭臬,拿出了十二分的劲认真批改作业,每周的小测试我更是不敢马虎。看到学生作业上的每一点瑕疵,我都圈画出来:在错误答案上我画叉,课上讲过后依然写错的,我就使劲画个大叉子——我以为这是一种无声的“提醒”。次次如此,毫不懈怠,我觉得我算是对得起学生了。
