对中职学校市场营销课程实训教学的研究

目前,中等职业学校市场营销课程教学存在重视理论、缺乏实训实践的现象,制约了市场营销应用型人才的更好发展。研究了市场营销课程实训教学的意义,分析了当前市场营销课程实训教学中存在的问题,并提出了从改革实训课程教学体系,加强实训师资队伍建设和实训教学条件三个方面入手,加强市场营销课程实训教学,更好地培养合格的人才。 At present, the teaching of marketing courses in secondary vocational schools has the phenomenon of paying attention to theory and lack of practical training, which restricts the better development of marketing application talents. The significance of practical training in marketing courses was studied, and the problems existing in the practical teaching of marketing courses were analyzed, and three aspects were proposed from the reform of practical training course teaching system, the construction of practical training faculty and the training conditions of practical training. Start with, strengthen marketing training courses and training, and better train qualified personnel.
