目的了解本科护生的学习动机与心理亚健康状况。方法采用康奈尔医学指数(CMI)和学习动机调查表对140名本科护生进行调查和测试。结果本科护生的学习动机以外在动机占主导(73.8%);外在动机组护生的心理亚健康发生率较高。结论外在学习动机不利于促进本科护生的学习和心理健康,教师应注意帮助护生提升内在学习动机,促进其身心健康发展。
Objective To understand the undergraduate nursing motivation and psychological sub-health status. Methods A total of 140 undergraduate nursing students were investigated and tested using Cornell Medical Index (CMI) and learning motivation questionnaire. Results Motivation of undergraduate nursing students was dominated by motivation (73.8%), while motivation of extrinsic mothers was higher than that of mothers. Conclusion External motivation is not conducive to promoting undergraduate nursing students learning and mental health, teachers should pay attention to helping nursing students to enhance their intrinsic motivation to learn, and promote their physical and mental health development.
