In our country’s management practice, the phenomenon of seeing things invisible for a long time is very prominent, and people-oriented management concepts need to be strengthened. In recent years, although “people-oriented” and “people-oriented management” are often heard and heard, many people do not delve into the true connotations of “human” and “this”. It seems that people-oriented management is to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees, develop human resources, and pay attention to and use of human capital. If “humanistic management” only understands this way, then it is just a means for social organizations to achieve their own utilitarian goals. People in organizations do not get rid of the mere existence of a resource or human capital, human-oriented management. As a new management concept, there has been no major breakthrough. What is a person? What is this? What is the essence of humanistic management? This is an important issue before us.
