用硫酸钡重量法对普通油菜淮油6号(B.napus L.)关中油菜(B.cam-pestris L.)和低芥子甙油菜 Tower(B.napus L.)三品种不同生育期的植株和器官进行芥子甙含量分析。结果表明,品种间在植株和根、茎、叶、蕾花、角果、果壳、种子等器官上的含量是不均一的,并因生育期不同而呈一定的规律性变化;植株和器官芥子甙含量与种子芥子甙含量有显著的相关性。用叶片预测种子芥子甙含量可以获得低芥子甙植株。对角果果壳和种子芥子甙含量的动态分析表明,普通油莱淮油6号在角果20龄至30龄之间为种子芥子甙快速增长期,此时果壳芥子甙含量增长较慢;低芥子甙油莱 Tower 种子芥子甙含量增长缓慢,其中角果20龄至30龄之间几乎没有增长,而果壳中含量却直线上升,本文对这一现象进行了分析。
